What is Haven?
Haven is a wristband and AI companion for your mom or dad. They talk to it like a person: it answers questions, gives reminders, keeps them company, and lets you know when something needs your attention.
Does my parent need to be good with technology?
No. There are no screens to learn and no apps to open. They just speak. We set everything up, and the family app is where you see how they’re doing.
What can Haven do?
Haven is a companion first. It gets to know your parent and remembers the people, routines, and stories that matter to them. It also helps with daily tasks like ordering groceries, booking a ride, and getting deliveries. It reminds them about medications, checks in through the day, and reads heart rate, blood oxygen, and HRV from the band.
How does SOS work?
Your parent presses the button on the band and SOS activates right away, calling emergency services and contacting you.
Does Haven work outside the home?
Yes, as long as your parent’s phone is nearby.
Is Haven a medical device?
No. Haven is a wellness and companionship product. It doesn’t diagnose or treat any condition, and it isn’t a replacement for a doctor, a caregiver, or 911.
What happens to my data?
We never sell your data, and we don’t use it for anything beyond running Haven for you. Only the account holder can access it.
